My signature dish is a nod to my Filipino heritage it’s an elevated version of my grandmother’s Pork Adobo recipe. Food is my culture and my love language. Let me share the *Mabuhay spirit with you all. *Mabuhay is Tagalog for Welcome, and Long Life, we welcome with food and hospitality, that is the Mabuhay Spirit.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have several but I really enjoy Cristeta Comerford, Gordon Ramsey, Anne Burrell, Alex Guarnaschelli, Alton Brown just to name a few.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to self publish my own healing through cooking cookbook and start my YouTube channel healing through cooking.
