I am have many I make an amazing rigatoni broccoli delicious also I make a chicken franchise that's off the chart off the chart and then I make a special dish that I feel like I created it's called reverse chicken where I add breadcrumb then egg then fry and lemon and chicken broth to finish it off what a delicious dish I make classic Italian risotto I can make anything Italian I can make anything anything but Italian is my specialty
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Heritage growing up in Brooklyn New York going to a lot of people's houses eating scene and eating what they make my grandparents yeah that's pretty much it
What would you do with the $25,000?I would just pay bills that's pretty much it it's not about the money it's about the love of cooking
