Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is my Eggplant ‘Meatless’ Meatloaf. I created it during quarantine when I started experimenting and putting my own spin on comfort food. It quickly became a favorite because it’s hearty, flavorful, and surprises people with how delicious it is. I love taking traditional ingredients and creating something unique, and seeing everyone go back for seconds makes it even more special.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother is my biggest culinary inspiration. She was Italian and made the most incredible recipes, but she gave me much more than food. She taught me that cooking is about love, family, and bringing people together around the table. Spending time in the kitchen with her sparked my passion for cooking, and many of the recipes and traditions I share today are inspired by the memories and lessons she passed down to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won $25,000, I would use it toward opening my dream Italian café. I would love to create a warm and welcoming place inspired by my Italian roots, family traditions, and recipes passed down through generations. It would be a place where people could enjoy homemade food, feel like family, and create memories around the table. I would also use it to continue growing my passion for cooking and sharing my love of food with others.
