Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration is my grandmother she taught me everything I know with dishes and chef Grant Achatz seeing his work really inspired me to think outside the box of culinary arts
What would you do with the $25,000?To be honest I don’t really know but my one dream is to create my own cook book and keep learning different cultural dishes from other countries
