Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up surrounded by food, culture, and tradition, I learned early that a meal is much more than something you eat, it is a way to bring people together and create memories. Today, my greatest inspiration comes from sharing my passion with others. whether it is through creating beautiful dishes, welcoming guests into the restaurant, or mentoring the next generation of cooks.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the prize to continue sharing that passion with others by improving the guest experience, developing new seasonal menus, creating opportunities to mentor, train young cooks who want to learn authentic cuisine. Part of the money would also help strengthen and grow my restaurant, allowing me to invest in better equipment, special culinary events, unique dining experiences for the community. This opportunity would help me continue what I love most bringing people together through food.
