Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspirations are my parents, friends and a collection of chefs Ive encountered throughout my culinary travels.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to focus on developing the perfect food trailer/truck to spread my culinary creations across multiple states and also help to feed those who struggle with food insecurities and homelessness.
