Who is your culinary inspiration?This may be strange, I have two. In A school I had a Chief Escobar who taught me and trained me. Also Richard Blais, I got a cookbook of his in highschool and love his brain for food!
What would you do with the $25,000?I own a food distribution business with my brother and I would invest into that so I can further progress in my profession!
