Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mother is my INSPIRATION. I feel like she's one of the most amazing cooks, she makes everything taste great, and inspires me to bring that same sensibility. When I'm able to make something that leaves her in awe that's when I feel I'm doing something.
What would you do with the $25,000?$25,000 would enable me to get a properly designed food truck to help me scale my food dreams. The funds would show my children that you never give up on your dreams. The funds would ultimately enable me to build a brick and mortar operation.
