Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish would be a pork chop milanese. It consists of a cutlet that is pounded thin, breaded and pan fried along with an arugula salad with lemon vinaigrette, cherry tomatoes, ricotta salata and a mango red pepper sauce.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration would be my friends, the chefs I have worked under and a chef named Action Bronson who’s style I really admire because he’s a musician as well.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the 25k I would put those funds toward my dream restaurant. I’d keep my focus on farm to table style operation and find a way to work with local farmers. Sustainability is important to me so building a greenhouse to have produce for the restaurant would be part of the dream. I know it’s going to take a lot of time and money so winning the 25k would definitely help me take the first step.
