Who is your culinary inspiration? My grandfather was a baker, both of my parents were Chefs. Growing up in Los Angeles in the 80s was an exciting time. Sushi bars, hamburger stands, mom and pop Mexican restaurants. My first job was working at my parents pizza restaurant at 14 years old. I would ride my bike there in the morning and make 50 lbs of dough. I'd make a couple of italian grinders for me and my friends, then go to school.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to take my nieces and nephews to Disneyland. My farther and two of my uncles passed away last year. It would be great to see everyone together and celebrate our love for each other's family.
