Who is your culinary inspiration?Marco Pierre White taught me the importance of simplicity, discipline, and respecting ingredients. Gordon Ramsay inspired my standards, urgency, and leadership in the kitchen. I also admire Paul Bocuse for elevating classic cooking into art. Even though I work in senior living, I study great chefs constantly and push myself every day to cook at a higher level.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to build the foundation for my dream Mediterranean bistro and grow a food brand that reflects my roots, technique, and passion. I’d invest in equipment, pop-up events, recipe development, and professional content to share my food with a larger audience. Most importantly, I want to prove that a chef from senior living can compete at a high culinary level and inspire others who started with limited opportunities.
