Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother was always my inspiration. She passed in 2002 but I still have her recipes. Some things I make I don’t have a recipe as I just watched mom as a kid growing up. She was one who cooked in large batches. Most of her recipes I do as she did. Good thing I have 3 freezers in a small apartment. I call it batch cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?Off to buy some new kitchen equipment as some of mine is old. I would like to buy some attachments for my stand mixer. Then a vacation for my husband if 31 years as he’s the one that dies the clean up for me. I say “ making goodness” makes a mess!
