Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother and grandmother are my biggest culinary inspirations. Growing up, I attended cooking classes with my mom and spent countless nights helping my grandma cook. Their passion, strength, and love through food shaped who I am today, and I’m proud to carry the torch forward.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate $5,000 to a women’s and children’s shelter because I understand how life-changing support can be during difficult times. Having experienced moments where help with basic necessities made a difference, giving back is deeply important to me. I would invest the remaining $20,000 into building my restaurant consulting company, helping startup restaurants create strong foundations, develop impactful menus, and turn their visions into successful businesses.
