My signature dish is handmade pasta with a slow-simmered red sauce inspired by family dinners and the joy of bringing people together. From rolling fresh dough to layering rich flavors, every step is rooted in tradition, comfort, and connection. It’s the dish guests request again and again—not just because it’s delicious, but because it creates an experience around the table that feels warm, meaningful, and unforgettable.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is my dad. He grew up on a farm, learning from his mother how simple ingredients and hard work could create incredible meals. He wasn’t a trained chef—he just loved feeding people. Growing up, I watched him gather family and friends around the table, making everyone feel welcome and cared for through food. He taught me that great cooking isn’t about being fancy—it’s about connection, generosity, and creating memories people carry with them.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I’d invest it into a mobile kitchen and equipment to launch my meal prep and culinary experience business. My goal is to create fresh, high-quality meals and meaningful food experiences that bring people together while building something lasting for my family and community. This opportunity would turn a long-time passion into a real business and give me the foundation to grow from small private dinners into a full culinary brand.
