Receive Text UpdatesIt’s hard for me to choose just one signature dish because both Indian tacos and Fry bread smash burgers represent my cooking style. I love taking homemade fry bread and turning it into comforting, flavorful meals. Both dishes highlight homemade fry bread, which is something I enjoy making because it’s filling, and full of flavor. I also enjoy making fried bread and hominy with steak meat.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration is Guy Fieri. Guy Fieri could inspires me because he proves that food can tell stories, represent culture, and create unforgettable experiences.I enjoy learning from his cooking techniques and appreciate everything he has done for the food industry.
What would you do with the $25,000?I hope to one day own a successful food truck or restaurant business that serves flavorful and comforting food. Along with that, I would like to write my own cookbook to share my favorite recipes and cooking experiences with others.
