I'm getting better so that's changing with the repetition of things. I like making jerk pasta, smashed stuff plantains or veggie patty with sauce and rice. All time favorite is lemon butter chicken or steak Alfredo with spinach peppers and mushrooms when I used to eat red meat.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I actually inspired myself after I wasn't old enough to join the Register nursing program. So I justified myself doing the cooking program to be able to cook for my family, myself, save money on dates by cooking until I meet my wife. Also just being able to cook as a man is important.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay 6 months of rent for freedom and time and space to think about how I'm going to strategically spend the rest on a food cart or truck so I can help people share memories from experiencing unique and extraordinary flavors.
