Who is your culinary inspiration?I love Carla, she is amazing! I also love Bobby Flay.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to open a small cafe featuring African coffees and teas. I would also serve food. On weekends I might feature local talent like spoken word. $25,000 would really help.
