Who is your culinary inspiration? My culinary experience started at home with my mother. She was always in the kitchen cooking and feeding anyone who was hungry, no matter who they were. Growing up, I learned that food wasn’t just about eating — it was about love, family, comfort, and bringing people together. She specialized in Southern home-cooked meals full of flavor, soul, and tradition. Watching her cook inspired me to develop my own passion for food and hospitality. That foundation shaped the chef I am today.
What would you do with the $25,000?With $25,000 I put down on a food truck and turned it into a real Louisiana style home cook meal ,Southern cooking, and turning comfort food into elevated fine dining.
