What is your signature dish?

Pork Pot over Grits with pig ears, pig tails, and pig maws tells a story: Southern roots, deep flavor, texture, soul food tradition, and chef creativity. It’s not a safe, everyday dish it’s a statement dish.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is rooted in the bold comfort of Chef Sunny Anderson, the excellence and technique of Chef Gordon Ramsay, the approachable warmth of Chef Rachael Ray, and the fearless flavor of Chef Emeril Lagasse.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 would be a game changer. I would use it to invest in franchising a successful restaurant brand, learning and growing within the business side of the culinary world. My ultimate goal would be to turn that investment into my own food truck business serving bold, memorable dishes like my signature Pork Pot over Grits and building the Chef Masterpiece brand one plate at a time.
