Who is your culinary inspiration?The reason I’ve embarked on my culinary journey was to be able to help my mother who at the time was working tirelessly. So from young I took it upon myself to learn how to cook to help her out. What would you do with the $25,000?I would use that money to start a culinary traveling blog around the states to and meet various people in the industry who would love to share their love for cooking and their experiences. This idea is heavily influenced by an icon and someone I been heavily studying, being Anthony Bourdain.
