My signature dish is a Thai-inspired seafood curry thai combines bold traditional flavors with modern presentation. I focus on balancing spice, sweetness, acidity and fresh herbs to create a rich and memorable experience. Every element is carefully prepared to highlight freshness, texture and authenticity while reflecting my creativity and passion for Thai cuisine. This dish represents both my culture inspiration and my dedication to refined culinary technique.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my mother who is my very best cooking who preserve culture and tradition through food I amie her combined creativity with authenticity, especially that make me bringing my modern techniques to the table. I also deeply inspired my family style cooking emotional, connect to food, create between people. The patient motivate me to connect to continue learning, refreshing my skills, and create this that tell all story favor, and presentation.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to win $25,000 I would invest into growing my culinary career. I would use part of funds to open small business for my own. with goal sharing my food with my community.
