Like really Italian chef my signature dish is a pasta dish. I am in love with clams, so every time I try to do pasta with clams in different way and always more innovative.
Who is your culinary inspiration?There is more than one person from whom I have drawn inspiration in the kitchen. The first was my mother—herself a lifelong cook—who passed this passion on to me. Then came my first head chef in London, who, with great patience, taught me the craft and the discipline.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like use this money for continue grown up in my carrier, kitchen is my passion and food is my love, I wanna grown up and became always better chef with more skill.
