What is your signature dish?

Too many .. if I had to choose, as opposed to a more elegant dish, it would be my secret dry rub bbq chicken.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

As a small child it was my abuela (grandmother) . As an adult it became feeding my children.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Pay off medical debt and hopefully house repairs.
