Depending time frame , if it's a quick dinner I like to make my chicken parm with a vodka sauce and fresh pasta. If time is not a factor I love to make 72 hour sous vide short ribs.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My father inspired my enjoyment of cooking and creating something friends and family love. I honed my skills and food knowledge by watching all the Good Eats shows and other food network content.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to have a catering business so I could do a wide variety of food.
