I enjoy cooking Italian food. My favorite is lasagna but chicken parm is a close second. Melting the cheese with the sauce separately and then pouring on top just before serving is spectacular! Chicken francese with a rich lemon sauce and vermicelli rice is a winner!

What would you do with the $25,000?At 70 there’s not much needed in the kitchen. But a great set of cookware is always welcome. If possible, a cooking trip through Italy would be my dream.
