Receive Text UpdatesI wish I can say I have a signature dish, I LOVE SEAFOOD so anything and I mean anything seafood been there done that!!! I love creating NEW dishes with anything related to seafood, I actually had my staff collect water from the ocean for a while to cook seafood with so it stayed in it's natural environment.
Who is your culinary inspiration?The late Anthony Bourdain hands down. We met at an event in Colorado and stayed friends ever since. We hit it off right away. Nothing like real and raw, say it the way it is from the heart. If you are not real then what is the deal? Be you and be proud of it. No BS....
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000.00 I would invest it into my company for future continued growth.
