My signature dish isn’t one recipe—it’s creating unforgettable moments around the table. One guest favorite is butter-poached sea bass with caramelized shallots and North Carolina potatoes, but the greatest compliment I receive is hearing that a meal became someone’s favorite memory.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Obviously Mom! She had me help her make thanksgiving stuffing and mashed potatoes when I was 5. I fell in love with how happy the meal made the family. Now I try to share that happiness with others.
What would you do with the $25,000?I started a catering business, the response and growth has been great. The demand is already here. A larger truck and trailer would give us the capacity to meet it!
