Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is having to be creative in the kitchen for a picky eater and a son on the autism spectrum. I had to create different meal ideas that ventured away from the traditional meal. Dinner time was fun. Like making a meal into an egg roll. Or making a drink into a healthy sweet treat with vegetables and fruits.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would purchase a food truck and my inventory to use for community events and school functions. I was a small business vendor for the Baltimore county public schools in my area. I also service local businesses like the dispensaries and car washes when I sell platters. But because I no longer have transportation I can only do pick up only. I want to drive around like the ice cream truck and deliver great comfort food or a great munchies snack.
