Who is your culinary inspiration?For years my children were my culinary inspiration, now we’re empty nesters so inspiration comes from travels around the world and sharing meals with so many different cultures.
What would you do with the $25,000?I lost my daughter to her battle with brain cancer in June of 2025. She was 25 and was my everything. To honor her I have joined a non profit to keep fighting the battle. I would make a donation there first. Second I want to open a restaurant to honor her and her legacy and love for food. The restaurant will continue to support the cause. Her life had to mean something. The fight continues to save others.
