What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is Bolognese lasagna. I love preparing it with a homemade sauce slowly cooked, well-seasoned meat, melted cheese, and perfectly baked layers of pasta. It is a recipe full of flavor, tradition, and dedication, ideal for sharing with family or friends. Every time I prepare it, I aim for the perfect balance of texture, aroma, and taste, turning it into a special experience for everyone who tries it.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration is my grandmother because from a young age she taught me that cooking is not only about preparing food, but also about sharing love, tradition, and family unity. Her passion for authentic flavors and her dedication to every dish motivate me to improve every day in the kitchen. Thanks to her, I learned to value fresh ingredients, patience, and the care that make every recipe special.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25,000 from the Chef Favorite contest, one of my main ideas would be to invest in my training as a chef by taking more advanced courses that help me continue learning and improving my cooking skills. I would also consider saving part of the money for my future, with the goal of having financial stability and continuing to grow professionally. In this way, I would combine education, personal growth, and financial security.
