What is your signature dish?

Cioppino and Singapore Crab. I cook with the seasons Farm to Fork all the way.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

. My markets. My State. I am a farmers market vendor and mngr. Blessed to be in the heart of the farm to fork movement. From the farms, to the sea we have it all. CA GROWS 260 Crops. And then there is the oyster farms, the cheese, the rice, the citrus, the berries, the stone fruit.. organic dairy...edible flowers, fresh eggs, hops, herbs O and lets not forget wine !

What would you do with the $25,000?

I have 6 acres that need a tractor some landscaping and a pool. Need to plant more lavender. Need more fencing so the deer dont use me as their salad bar. Need a new kitchen floor and bathroom. Need an extraction hood. Need a new refidgerator and dishwasher ...
