What is your signature dish?

Japanese curry shrimp and diced Chorizo over udon noodle’s.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My father was my culinary inspiration. As a child in the 60’s Toronto, my father would grocery shop in all different ethnic area’s of the city. He learned about all ethnic foods and how to prepare them. We ate a lot of weird foods, some amazing, some not so great. But I learned a young age to be open minded when it comes to food and cooking. And most of all, he taught me to try new foods that I have never had before. I am 66 and still follow his advise today.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would renovate my main bathroom to be accessible for my wife, as she has spinal stenosis.
