Being a caterer I have many, Skirt Steak with a chimichurri sauce and truffle potato croquet, but my real signature dish would be Sunday Sauce it is my kids favorite dish. If the house doesn't smell like sauce on Sunday then it is Monday.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I grew up on PBS so Julia Child, Jacque Pepin. I also admire Anthony Bourdain as a writer and showing the real world we live in and with out a doubt Martha Stewart and Ina Gardner as I love catering.
