Who is your culinary inspiration?My Father and mother! James beard, Jacque Pèpin. The age of 9 i attended" L'Academie de cuisine"..my first culinary job was the Carlisle grand cafe. I knew at that point food wasn't just to fill the belly. So I traveled the America's working, Meeting new people there cultures and the foods they brought to the table.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would help purchase a small agricultural/aqua farm and to open "Femiani house in washington D.C. and Happy Hookers in key west. So i can produce herbs an spices again and share my enjoyment of gastronomy and farming with the world. Bring anyone back to a moment in time or just even a smile..Enjoy, Bon appetit!!
