Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother Marie and my sisters Clara, Silvana and my twin sister Louise! Great chefs run in our family bloodline!
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d start a catering company and buy a food truck or food cart to serve others in need of good food and a good companionship! I would like to feed struggling people delicious, healthy food and educate them on how they can use community resources (food pantries) to continue to eat healthy on their own! I would like to go out into my community and drive around, like an ice cream truck with Tom Petty music blasting! I would teach people how to fish instead of just feeding them one single f
