One of my most recognized dishes is saffron risotto with garlic prawns, finished with lobster bisque reduction, herbs, and citrus oil. I’m also known for elevated private dining experiences featuring handmade elements, refined plating, and Michelin-level attention to detail developed through 24 years in professional kitchens across Europe.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My inspiration comes from chefs who combine precision, simplicity, and emotion in their food. Working in Michelin-level environments in Europe taught me discipline and respect for ingredients. I admire chefs like Gordon Ramsay for standards and execution, and Scandinavian cuisine for its clean, seasonal philosophy. My biggest inspiration, however, comes from creating highly personalized dining experiences directly in clients’ homes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the funds into growing my luxury private dining brand Chef Patryk Los Angeles. This includes professional marketing, branded content, upgraded equipment, and building a stronger concierge-level client experience. I also want to expand exclusive in-home tasting events and create a scalable premium membership model for high-end clients seeking restaurant-quality dining privately in their homes.
