Who is your culinary inspiration?

My mother used to be a private chef in the 1950th I a noble florentine family. We used to wake up in the mornings me and my brothers and she was already cooking for 10 guests.

What would you do with the $25,000?

5000$ donation 20000$ need to change some equipment in my kitchen.
