Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom is my greatest culinary inspiration because she taught me that food is about much more than just eating—it’s about love, family, and bringing people together. Growing up, I watched her prepare meals with care and dedication, always making sure everyone at the table felt welcomed and cared for. She showed me that the best ingredients a chef can use are passion, patience, and heart.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to purchase and equip a food truck, allowing me to bring my food directly to customers throughout the community. A food truck would give me the opportunity to expand my business, reach new customers, and share my signature dishes, including my Honey cajun Fried Chicken Pasta, with a wider audience
