Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandmother, Antionette Albanese is my inspiration. I was always with her as a child, she would let me help her cook, form her fresh made cavatelli, roll and coat her Regina cookies. She loved to feed her family.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would remodel my kitchen. Upgrade to a professional style stove and a double deck wall oven. Would love a pizza oven.
