Receive Text UpdatesI don't have a signature dish persay. I studied classic French cuisine and try to dabble in all sorts of different cuisine. I really just enjoy how using all different types of ingredients and making them all come together into a dish.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My father Philippe Held. As well as the people I cook for, seeing the look of pure palate pleasing look on someone's face when they take that first bite really keeps my inspired to keep learning and creating dishes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it into opening up my own place.
