I love making finger foods but the one i love the most is a confit duck arancini with a blackberry sauce. It helped me win Chef Fest Champ.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would have to say Erin French of the Lost Kitchen, Bryan Voltaggio, and Ina Garten, but there are so many others that I watch and respect. Many of them James Beard nominees. Shota and Buddha Lo, Mei Lin, Antonia Lofaso.
What would you do with the $25,000?i'd help beginner chefs by opening a communal commercial kitchen. In this area there are not a lot of places for new people to start, it's a bit cliquish.
