Who is your culinary inspiration?My father, my Nana, Julia Childs, MC Austrilia, Great Canadian Baking Show, The Great British Baking Show and so many other talented chefs I've had the pleasure of cooking with. Inspiration and education is everywhere I go. Kindness is the key.
