Receive Text UpdatesTypically my signature dish is one I sign with a soy or balsamic reduction. The H20 melon BLT shows my passion and the fried orchid salad shows my artistry. However I will say its the grilled prime rib with drawn garlic butter and banana pepper blue cheese for dipping, but there so many its hard to choose.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I would have to say God because he have me this amazing gift and I'm only this good because of that. However chefs Morimoto, Emeril lagasse, Wolfgang Puck an Thomas Keller i grew up admiring..Today I would have to say my inspiration is Bobby Flay, Moneet Chauhan an Alex Guirnicelli.. however there are so many an they all inspire me at different times an points during my shifts.
What would you do with the $25,000?Well I had a health scare so I would pay my parents back for there help pay off the credit card an get some new knives n coats..which i know doesn't seem like much but it is alot for a guy like myself.
