What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 would allow me to finally get my food cart and be able to fulfill my dream of cooking for the masses with my wife at my side. I've wanted a food cart and ice cream truck since I was a kid. It would also give me the chance to further my culinary education and better myself and my future.
