In all honesty I have several, but the one that stand out the most is coconut, tomatoes and tuna beans and rice. This is a dish seat close to my heart because my father taught me how to make it, but put a little son-student twist on it; with the addition of the coconut milk and sautéed fresh tuna.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother and father are my culinary inspiration. My parents made delicious meal that feed nine children, with limited resources. From staples like beans and rice, to spinach casserole and something as simple as an omelette with fried green plantains, they inspired me to be the passionate husband and dad cook that I am today.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use half the money to start my herbal teas and juice business, use some money to pay off one credit card and the rest to take my wife on a well deserved vacation for being a phenomenal wife and new mother.
