Who is your culinary inspiration?As cheesy as this may be, I’d have to say Gordon Ramsey. He has a very diverse range of talent, in the sense of being in restaurants, hotels, competitions, even freediving for king crabs, etc. He is also an amazing father figure and husband to his family, and family is also very important to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate some of the proceeds to charity, most likely a culinary school, or the Trevor project. The rest, I would reinvest into myself, possibly hiring a talent manager so that I could have more opportunities to be apart of reality tv (eg. below deck, etc), even televised culinary competitions, as well as using some of the money to build my brand as a private chef to produce more financial freedom, ensuring a better quality of life.
