Definitely Mexican cuisine is my strength, so I would say a humble dish called chilaquiles is my signature. I always make it with love and passion.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My dad was my inspiration since I was a kid. He would always cook the dinner for holidays and he unfortunately passed away but I still honor him with every achievement I make.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to make my family, especially my son, proud and be able to take care of them long term. With the money I could move back to Mexico, open a business, and hopefully be able to spend time with my family, since I haven’t been able to much these past few years working in the US and being away from home.
