Receive Text UpdatesI don't really have one signature dish, though they did put "Olivia's Eggs" on the menu at the restaurant, The Grange Hall, that I worked at in the 90's. (Wild Mushrooms, Tarragon, Thyme and Cream over Poached Eggs on Sourdough Toast). I love experimenting, riffing on what's around. My favorite thing is vacationing with a group of friends and taking inspiration from culinary traditions of where we are. I made the best bouillabaisse in Provence a few years back and still dream of it
Who is your culinary inspiration?Though he did not consider himself a chef, the spirit and adventurousness of Anthony Bourdain is very inspirational. For chefs working today I am endlessly impressed and inspired by Jose Andres- both his food and his generosity .
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to figure out some way to have a real direct impact with cooking locally. And to be able to travel to a new place to find new inspiration.
