What is your signature dish?

My signature dish is my pumpkin chocolate chip bread with Madagascar vanilla bean cream cheese icing. It’s warm, comforting, a little elevated, and made with love. Friends and family always ask when the next batch is coming because it’s become my signature “feel-good” treat. I love creating homemade comfort food with rich flavor, creativity, and little details that make people feel special and connected.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration comes from strong, creative people who make food feel personal and memorable. I’ve watched food shows for years and love chefs who bring passion, storytelling, and connection into the kitchen. I’m inspired by comfort food, family traditions, traveling, and trying local restaurants everywhere I go. Food has always been more than eating to me it’s about experience, creativity, and bringing people together.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would invest it into building a small food and wellness business centered around comfort, connection, and creativity. As a single mother, I’ve learned how to stretch a dollar, work hard, and build something meaningful from the ground up. I’d use the money for commercial kitchen space, branding, packaging, and growing my signature baked goods business while continuing to inspire others through food, community, and heart.
