Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspirations are my mother and my auntie. Watching them cook taught me that food is more than just a meal — it’s love, culture, and bringing people together. Their passion and traditional recipes continue to inspire everything I create in the kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I win the $25,000, I plan to invest in a food truck that will allow me to share my food and culture with more people around the world. I would also purchase essential utensils and kitchen appliances to help improve my cooking process, increase efficiency, and prepare larger quantities of food at a faster pace.
